3. Orders and Deposits: To commence work on your project, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required. This deposit secures your booking and allows us to begin preparations for your custom fabrication. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and must be paid in full before handover.
4. Payments: All payments can be made via bank transfer. Failure to pay the remaining balance before handover will result in a delay in the release of the completed project.
5. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes to the scope of work must be communicated in writing and may incur additional costs. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
6. Warranty and Liability: Fat Bois Fabrication offers a 1 year warranty on all workmanship and materials used. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
7. Intellectual Property: All designs, drawings, and materials created by Fat Bois Fabrication remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
